Study of radiation synovectomy using ^(188)Re-sulfide

目的 探讨1 88Re 硫化铼关节滑膜切除的临床价值。方法 30例患者分为血友病及类风湿性关节炎 2组 ,关节腔内注入 2 2 2～ 4 4 4MBq1 88Re 硫化铼 ,行放射滑膜切除。术后 3～ 6个月根据影像学检查 (MRI)及临床表现观察其临床疗效。结果 MRI及临床表现结果示 ,1 88Re 硫化铼滑膜切除能使增厚的滑膜变薄 ,炎性细胞减少 ,血友病患者关节腔出血次数减少。结论 1 88Re 硫化铼能有效切除炎性滑膜 ,能减轻血友病关节炎关节症状和减少关节腔内出血次数。

ObjectiveTo study the radiation synovectomy with 188Re-sulfide. MethodsThirty cases were divided into 2 groups, the group with hemophilia and the group with rheumatoid arthritis(RA). Patients with joint synovitis were injected different doses of 188Re-sulfide, 222～444 MBq intra-articularly. MRI was taken before and 3～6 months after the radiation synovectomy to evaluate the treatment efficacy, and the symptoms were also evaluated. ResultsMRI study showed that after the treatment the synovium became thiner and the edema was reduced in the lesioned joint. The symptoms were improved with the pain relieved and duration of intra-articular hemorrhage reduced. ConclusionsRadiation synovectomy using 188Re-sulfide has effects on synovitis. It can be used clinically to improve the symptoms of joint synovitis and reduce the duration of intra-articular hemorrhage.
