应用RT nested PCR方法检测 15例慢性粒细胞性白血病患者的融合基因bcr/abl,检出率高达 93%。此方法是当前检测慢性粒细胞性白血病残留细胞较灵敏、较可靠的方法。

RT-nested-PCR was used to detect bcr/abl genefrom 15 patients with CML and the detective rate was high up to 93%. This method is proved to be sensitive and reliable for detecting residual cells of CML.
