摘要 通过静电相互作用构筑海藻酸钠 -壳聚糖微囊并优化其制备工艺 ,初步考察微囊的载药性能。在单因素实验的基础上用正交设计优化了海藻酸钠 -壳聚糖微囊的制备方法 ,用显微照相考察微囊的外观形态。以阿霉素为模型药初步研究其载药性能。结果发现 :微囊外观圆整 ,平均粒径为 5 9.6 8μm(30~ 2 5 0 μm,5 6 .0 8% ) ,载药微囊的包封率可达 80 .4 6 %。制备了外观圆整的微囊 ,其对阿霉素有较好的包载能力。 Alginate chitosan microcapsule was established by electrostatic interaction, the preparation process optimized, and its drug loading property preliminarily investigated. On the basis of single factorial experiments, the preparation of alginate chitosan microcapsule was optimized by orthogonal design experiment. The appearance and shape of the microcapsule was observed under microscopic photography. Adriamycin HCl (ADM) was used as a model drug to study the drug loading property of the microcapsule. It was found that the microcapsule was spherical and smooth in appearance and shape, with a mean diameter of 59 68 μm (30~250 μm,56 08 %). The encapsulation efficiency (EE %) of ADM was up to 80 46 %. Alginate chitosan microcapsule with spherical and smooth appearance and shape could be obtained and it had good capacity in loading ADM.
