黄连解毒汤与黄连素对2型糖尿病大鼠葡萄糖和脂质代谢影响的比较研究

Comparative Study on the Effects of Huanglianjiedu Decoction and Berberine on Glucose and Lipid Metabolisms in Type 2 Diabetic Rats

采用小剂量链脲佐菌素加高脂高热量饲料喂养的方法建立 Wistar大鼠 2型糖尿病模型 ,分别以黄连解毒汤和黄连素片干预性治疗 8周 ,检测血糖和血脂代谢等指标 ;结果表明黄连解毒汤组和黄连素组大鼠总胆固醇、甘油三酯、载脂蛋白 B、空腹血糖水平均比模型组明显降低 ,而高密度脂蛋白 -胆固醇、载脂蛋白 A 水平显著升高 ,口服糖耐量试验改善、大鼠体重减轻 ,但黄连解毒汤和黄连素两组之间各指标无显著性差异。含等量盐酸小檗碱的黄连解毒汤与黄连素片降血糖和调血脂作用强度相近 。

Applying the murine type 2 diabetes model induced by the intravenous injection of a small dose of streptozotocin plus high fat high caloric laboratory cow, the animals were treated for 8 weeks respectively with berberine and Huanglianjiedu decoction, and then murine serum glucose and lipid metabolic parameters were determined. It was demonstrated that in both Huanglianjiedu decoction and berberine groups the levels of serum total cholesterol, triglycerides, apolipoprotein B and fasting blood glucose were significantly decreased, while their high density lipoproteins cholesterol and apolipoprotein AⅠlevels increased, glucose tolerance improved, and body weight reduced, as compared with those in model group.There was no significant difference of the above mentioned parameters between Huanglianjiedu decoction group and berberine group. It is suggested that Huanglianjiedu decoction and berberine would nearly possess the functions of decreasing blood glucose and adjusting plasma lipids profile in type 2 diabetic rats in the same strength of efficiency. Therefore it is implied that berberine is the principal effective component of Huanglianjiedu decoction in the therapy of type 2 diabetes mellitus.
