摘要
用免疫组化的方法检测了 2 3例初诊急性淋巴细胞白血病患儿骨髓细胞 MDM2 及 P5 3的表达 ,结果发现 :MDM2 的阳性表达占 5 6 % (13/ 2 3) ,而且化疗 2周末 ,MDM2 阳性组 10例患者仅 4例获完全缓解 ,而 MDM2 阴性组 8例患者 7例获完全缓解。 P5 3阳性表达率 30 % (7/ 2 3)。 MDM2 与 P5 3共同表达者 ,无 1例在化疗 2周末达完全缓解 ,两者同时阴性者在化疗 2周末均达完全缓解。提示 ,急性淋巴细胞白血病患儿 MDM2 的表达特别是伴 P5 3的表达预示着化疗效果差。
MDM 2 and P53 expression of bone marrow cells from 23 pediatric patients with acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL) at initial diagnosis was detected by using immunohistochemical assay. The result showed that the positive rate of MDM 2 protein expression was 56 % (13/23). Only 4 cases achieved CR following two week chemotherapy in 10 MDM 2 positive cases, but 7 cases get CR after two week chemotherapy in 8 MDM 2 negative cases. The positive rate of P53 protein expression was 30 % (7/23). All patients in MDM 2 P53 positive cases failed to achieve CR after two week chemotherapy. All patients get CR in MDM 2 P53 negative cases after two week chemotherapy. These results indicate that MDM 2 expression, especially accompanied with P53 expression in the pediatric patients with ALL, predict a poor prognosis of chemotherapy.
