Clinical Application of Mammorgraphy Sterotactic Needle Localized Biopsy in Nonpalable Breast Lesion

探讨应用乳腺钼靶机及其配套的立体定位装置 ,对无临床体征而乳腺摄片有异常征象 ,即不可触及的乳腺微小病变 (NPBL)患者 ,导入特制的钢丝定位针进行手术切检 (NL OB)的价值。回顾性总结分析对 32例 NPBL 的患者进行的 NL OB。结果发现 :32例患者中 ,11例为恶性病变 ,2 1例为良性病变 ,需要手术的共有 15例 ,占 4 7%。提示NL OB解决了对 NP活检的难题 ,该方法对 NPBL 的定性、定位诊断准确、安全。

By using breast molybdenum target machine and sterotactic localized installaton, a special steel wire needle was introduced into the breast with abnormal signs (nonpalpable breast lesion,NPBL) for operation biopsy. A retrospective study was performed on 32 cases of nonpalpable breast lesion. It was found in the 32 cases, 11 cases had breast carcinoma and the remaining 21 cases had benign lesions. 15 cases needed surgical operation (47 %). It was suggested that mammorgraphy sterotactic needle localized biopsy resolved the problem of accurate location of NPBL. This method is accurate, safe and practicable for diagnosis of NPBL.
