摘要
将胶原 (Co)与纳米磷酸三钙 (N- TCP)复合制成复合人工骨并植入兔颅骨的骨膜下作为实验组 ,使用显微镜测微尺测量不同时间点新骨自骨表面长入材料内的高度 ,并和羟基磷灰石 (HA)组 (对照组 )作对照 ,观察 Co/N- TCP复合人工骨引导成骨能力 ,探讨其用于萎缩性牙槽嵴重建的可行性。结果发现 :各时间点实验组新骨长入高度均优于对照组 (P<0 .0 5或 <0 .0 1)。提示 :Co/N- TCP在骨表面引导成骨能力优于 HA。
In order to observe the capacity of composite artificial bone made from collage(Co)/Nano tricalcium phosphate (N TCP) conducting subperiosteal bone formation and investigate the possibility applied in reconstruction of astrophy aveolar ridge, the composite artificial bone was implanted into subperiosteum of the cranial bone in rabbits (experimental group). The rabbits with implantation of hydroxyapatite (HA) served as control group. At 2nd week, 4th week, 8th week and 12th week after operation, rabbits were respectively killed. Height of new bone growing from surface of bone into the implanted materials was measured by microruler under a microscope and compared between the two groups. Results revealed that at different time points, the height of new bone in the experimental group was higher than in the control group ( P <0.05 or P <0.01). It was concluded that the function of Co/N TCP conducting bone formation on cortical surface was advantage over HA's.
