摘要
创立金香丹片质量控制方法。采用 TL C对延胡索、青木香进行定性鉴别 ,HPL C测定延胡索乙素的含量。结果发现 :含量测定延胡索乙素在 0 .2 0 6～ 1.0 30 μg间有良好的线性关系 ,回收率为 10 0 .2 % ,RSD为 2 .94 %。结果提示 :HPL C法简便、准确、重现性好 。
The quality control method for Jinxiangdan tablet was established. By using thin layer chromatography, rhizoma corydalis and radix aristolochiae were simultaneously identified. The content of tetrahydropalmatine was determined by using high performance liquid chromatography. The results showed that the linearity for tetrahydropalmatine was obtained over the range of 0 206-1 030 μg. The average recovery of tetrahydropalmatine was 100 2 % with RSD of 2 94. It was concluded that this method is simple, accurate and reproducible, and can be used as a quality control method for Jinxiangdan tablet.
