运动ECG试验在无症状人群中的应用

摘要 在美国,每年至少有50万人因冠心病而导致死亡,有150万人因急性心肌梗死人院,冠心病的相关花费每年高达1000亿美元[1].考虑到人力和财力的消耗,人们关注的重点已转向冠心病的早期诊断,希望通过早期干预来避免并发症的发生并减少急性期治疗的费用.
