MSC_s向神经细胞横向分化的研究与质疑 被引量:2

摘要 骨髓问质干细胞(mesenchymal stem cells,MSCs)可横向分化为神经细胞,这种跨系分化在体外可单独诱导分化为神经元,而在体内可能与神经干细胞(neural stem cells,NSCs)或胚胎干细胞(embryonic stem cells,ESCs)产生融合,由融合细胞分化为神经细胞,这一过程被误解为横向分化,故而横向分化仍需深入研究。
