摘要
目的:探讨砷对心肺功能影响的分子遗传机制。方法 :采用 c DNA芯片技术研究砷对事先未知基因表达水平的影响。结果 :亚砷酸钠造成人肝细胞中双糖链蛋白多糖 (Biglycan)基因和原纤蛋白 2 (FBN 2 )基因表达水平下降。
Objective: To explore the molecular genetic mechanism of NaAsO\-2 about cardiorespiratory function. Methods: The cDNA microarray was used to reseach expression level of unknown genes of NaAsO\-2. Results: NaAsO\-2 inhibited biglycan and FNB2 gene expression in human liver cells. Conclusion: The results suggest preliminarily that the molecular genetic mechanism of NaAsO\-2 affects cardiorespiratory function.
