紫外分光光度法测定肉苁蓉总苷胶囊中苯乙醇苷类的含量

Determination of Phenylethanoid Glycosides in Total Cistanchis Glycoside Capsule by UV Spectrophotometry

目的 :建立肉苁蓉总苷胶囊中苯乙醇苷类含量测定的一种方法。方法:采用紫外分光光度法 ,测定波长λmax=3 3 3 nm。 结果 :肉苁蓉总苷胶囊中苯乙醇苷类平均含量为 2 0 .45 m g/粒 ,回收率为 99.3 6% ,RSD=1.17%。结论:用紫外分光光度法测定肉苁蓉总苷胶囊中苯乙醇苷类成分的含量方法简便。

Objective: A method was established to determine the content of phenylethanoid glycosides in total Cistanchis glycosides capsule. Methods: UV spectrophotometry was used for determination,λ max =333 nm. Result: The average content of phenylethanoid glycosides was 20.45 mg/grain, the recovery was 99.36% and the RSD was 1.17%. Conclusion: The method is simple and sensitive.
