Septorhinoplasty under Nasal Endoscope

目的 :探讨治疗复杂鼻中隔偏曲的手术方法。方法 :选择高位、后段及不规则偏曲的鼻中隔病例 ,在电视监视下 ,经鼻内窥镜行鼻中隔成形术 15 8例。结果 :鼻中隔偏曲矫正满意 ,无穿孔、脑脊液鼻漏等并发症。结论 :经鼻内窥镜治疗复杂鼻中隔偏曲安全、有效 ,是替代传统手术方式的有效方法。

Objective:In order to know the operation to treat complicated deviation of nasal septum.Method:We selected the cases with high positioned,posterior segment and irregular deviation of nasal septum.Septorhinoplasty under nasal endoscope was performed in 56 patients under television monitor.Result:The corrective therapy of deviation of nasal septum was satisfactory in all patients.There was no complication of perforation,cerebrospinal rhinorrhea,etc.Conclusion:Septorhinoplasty under nasal endoscope was safe and effective for treating patients with complicated deviation of nasal septum.It was the effective operation to replace the traditional one.
