摘要
目的 :研究老瓜头生物碱的药理活性。方法 :对老瓜头植物提取出的生物总碱进行小白鼠巴豆油所致耳廓肿的抑制作用测试 ,对角叉菜胶以及甲醛所致大白鼠足爪肿的抑制作用测试。火箭电泳法测定血清溶菌酶活性 ,酵母多糖—补体花环实验测定小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞C3b受体量等药理活性。结果 :老瓜头总碱组与对照组比较 ,对耳廓肿、足爪肿的抑制作用均有显著性差异 (P <0 0 1) ,老瓜头总碱组的血清溶菌酶活性及血清IgG较对照组高 (P <0 0 1)。结论 :老瓜头总生物碱有抗炎、镇痛。
Objective: To study the pharmacological action of alkaloids extracted from wildlife-Cynanchum Komarrivii AI Iljiniski. Methods: Tests of mouse auricular swelling induced by croton oil and of rat foot claw swelling induced by carragreenin and formalin were conducted to examine the anti-inflammatory action of the alkaloids, rocket electrophoresis was utilized to estimate serum lysozyme content and C3b receptor amount of peritoneal macrophage was determined by using yeast polysaccharide-complement rosette approach. Results: Compared with negative controls, auricular swelling of mouse (given peritoneally the alkaloids in a dose of 12.5mg/kg) was significantly decreased (P<0.01), foot claw swelling of rat (given peritoneally the alkaloids in a dose of 12.3mg/kg) was significantly lowered (P<0.01),and contents of serum lysozyme and C3b receptor were significantly increased (P<0.01). Conclusion: The alkaloids of cynanchum komarrivii AI Iljiniski is of the potential of inhibiting inflammation and of raising the ability of immunological response to noxious stimuli.
