摘要 目的 :观察月见草油对高脂大鼠血脂及血清SOD、全血CAT活性的影响。方法 :4 0只SD健康雄性大鼠随机分成四组 :(1)正常对照组 :喂饲基础饲料 +2 5ml/kg .dNS灌胃。 (2 )高脂对照组 :喂饲高脂饲料 +2 5ml/kg .dNS灌胃。 (3)月见草油低剂量组 :喂饲高脂饲料 +月见草油 2 5ml/kg .d灌胃。 (4)月见草油高剂量组 :喂饲高脂饲料 +月见草油 5 0ml/kg .d灌胃。实验期 30d。结果 :月见草油使高脂大鼠血清HDL -C明显升高 (P <0 0 1) ,TC、LDL -C明显降低 (P <0 0 1) ,TG有降低趋势但无显著性差异 ,CAT活性显著升高 (P <0 0 1) ,SOD活性显著升高 (P <0 0 5 )。结论 :月见草油可以降低血脂 ,提高SOD。 Objective: The effect of Eveningros oil on serum lipids and activities of SOD and CAT were investigated in rats on high fat diet during an experimental period of 4 weeks. Methods: Forty healthy male SD rats were randomly divided into 4 groups: normal control group living on common diet and being given 2.5ml/kg/d normal saline by gastrogavage; high fat diet control group living on high fat diet and being given 2.5ml/kg/d normal saline by gastrogavage; high fat diet group A living on high fat diet and being given 2.5ml/kg/d eveningross oil; and high fat diet group B living on high fat diet and being given 5.0ml/kg/d eveningross oil. Results: Compared with control groups, HDL-C level and activities of SOD and CAT of experimental group were significantly increased (P<0 01), while TC, LDL-C decreased (P<0.01). TG decreased but no significance was found. Conclusions: Oral administration of eveningross oil can significantly decrease the level of TC and LDL-C and increase the level of HDL-C and the activities of SOD and CAT in rats.
