摘要
运用静脉注射大量肾上腺素加冰水浴造成寒凝血瘀证家兔模型 ,观察小中风胶囊对家兔血瘀模型血液流变学及凝血指标的影响。结果 :小中风胶囊能明显减轻家兔血瘀模型血液的粘、浓、凝性。体外凝血酶时间 (TT)测定试验可得出同样结论 。
The rabbit model of blood stasis caused by cold-evil was established by high dose adrenalin vein injection in ice-water.Then,the effects of Xiaozhongfeng capsules on the homorheology and coagulation indexes of the rabbit model of blood stasis were investigated.It was found that Xiaozhongfeng capsules could significantly decrease the blood viscousness,thick ness and agglutination of the blood stasis model rabbits.Thrombin time(TT)test show that Xiaozhongfeng capsules could prolong the TT.
