Hox基因与胚胎种植
摘要
同源框基因是一类控制胚胎发育和细胞分化的调节基因,在人类子宫内膜存在并具周期性变化,影响子宫内膜的发育、分化及胚胎种植等过程。Hox蛋白对控制种植期子宫内膜细胞增生起重要作用。子宫内膜Hox基因的表达受性激素、细胞因子等调节。
