摘要
多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)是育龄妇女最常见的内分泌疾病之一。典型特征有:不排卵及高雄激素血症并伴显著的代谢异常,是2型糖尿病、心血管疾病等的重要危险因素。PCOS有强烈的家族聚集现象,近来遗传学研究发现有多种基因参与其发病,其中以与高雄激素有关及与胰岛素分泌和其作用有关的基因最重要。
