摘要
目的 :研究六面直基台及其变形旨在解决种植体方向不理想问题及对固位的影响。方法 :调磨六面直基台的 1个面至多个面 ,形成 0°~ 15°的斜面 ,用磷酸锌粘固剂将冠状修复体粘固其上 ,在计算机控制下测定其固位强度及固位力与位移变化的关系。再将带有调磨 3个面或 6个面基台的两种植体以 30°夹角植入树脂模块中 ,铸造联冠检测脱位情况和固位力。结果 :六面直基台与其各变形组间、调磨 1、2、3个面的各组与调磨 6个面组间固位强度均有显著性差异 ,但调磨 1、2、3个面各组间差异无显著性。固位力随位移的增加而增加 ,当平均位移达 0 .5 188mm时 ,固位力最大 ,随后急剧下降到 0。二种植体间夹角在 30°以内时 ,修复体脱位不受限制。结论 :六面直基台可调磨 1~ 3面 ;在任何方向上形成 0°~ 15°的斜面既可解决种植体方向不理想问题又对固位无影响 ;保留 3个面不调磨对固位至关重要。磷酸锌粘固剂在一定的拉伸范围内可被拉伸而不失去固位作用。
Objective:To study the desirable of hexagonal abutment with or without modified for solution of implants with idealess direction and the influence of retention.Methods:15° inclination was formed with the hexagonal abutment modified 1 to 3 or 6 surfaces.Two implants with the abutment modified 3 or 6 surfaces were inserted into resin model with a 15° inclination.Crowns were casted using acrylic resin healing ball for the abutments modified 1 to 3 surfaces.And other crowns were casted using the custom method for 6 surfaces modified.Two units bridge were casted in the same method.All crowns were cemented to abutments with HY-Bond ZnPO 4 cement in order.Retentive strength were measured use Instron 8511.20 machine controlled by computer and the relationship between retentive strength and position change were recorded.Results:The retentive strength of hexagonal abutment was significantly high than that of 1, 2, 3, 6 surfaces modified groups.But there are no difference within the modified 1, 2 , 3 surfaces groups.The retentive strength increased with the crown's position change.When position changes to 0.5188mm, the retentive strength was maximum and then decreased to 0 Kg immediately.Conclusions:Hexagonal abutment can be modified 1 to 3 surfaces and it can be formed 0° to 15° inclinations to solute the idealess implant direction.To keep 3 surfaces don't be modified was very important for crown's retention.
