摘要
目的 :探讨各合成因素对纳米羟基磷灰石生成的影响。方法 :采用湿法化学合成法合成纳米HA ,反应试剂溶液的浓度分别为 0 .1mol L 0 .2 5mol L和 0 .4mol L ,加入表面活性剂乙醇胺或聚乙二醇 ,煅烧温度 70 0℃或80 0℃ ,各反应条件下生成的HA经XRD TEM SEM等手段观测HA的大小形态。结果 :浓度为 0 .2 5mol L时HA的颗粒最小 ,加入表面活性剂的分散程度较好 ,70 0℃下烧结纳米HA即可 ,80 0℃时HA的颗粒大小和致密化均增加。结论
Objective:To study the effect of different synthesis parameters on the morphology, phase of the Hydroxyapatite (HA).Methods:Nanometer size hydroxyapatite crystals are prepared by a wet chemical precipitation method at different synthesis parameters.The reactant concentrations is used at 0.1mol/L,0.2mol/L and 0.5mol/L.Surface active agent addition is ethanamide or polyethylene,the sintering temperature is 700℃ or 800℃.The produced HA are studied in terms of size and shape by transmission electron microscope(TEM),scanning electron microscope (SEM) and X-ray diffraction(XRD).Results:The size of hydroxyapatite is the most small at 0.25mol/L.There is no different between ethanamide and polyethylene while they can make a better dispersion in HA nanoparticle control to without surface active agent.A rise in the sintered density and size of HA particle is observed when the sintering temperature is raised from 700℃ to 800℃.Conclusions:The nano-particle HA is affected by different synthesis parameters.
