摘要
目的 :研究大鼠面神经断裂后面神经元凋亡和星形胶质细胞的变化。方法 :采用大鼠面神经离断的动物模型 ,运用免疫组织化学的方法 ,对面神经元的凋亡和面神经核星形胶质细胞的变化进行了研究。结果 :面神经元在面神经断裂后 15天达到凋亡高峰 ,与正常对照组相差显著 (P <0 .0 1) ;GFAP阳性细胞 (星形胶质细胞 )达最多 ,细胞着色最明显 ,与正常对照组相差显著 (P <0 .0 1)。结论
Objective:To observe the apoptosis of facial neurons and astrocytes reaction after facial neurotmesis of the rat.Methods:Detective the apoptosis of facial neurons and astrocytes reaction of facial nucleus of the rat after facial neurotmesis by immunohistochemistry stain.Results:The peak of apoptosis of the facial neurons appears at 15 days after the facial neurotmesis.At the same time, the reaction of the astrocytes is remarkable compared with the contrast groups ( P <0.01).Conclusions:Astrocytes may play a key role in the apoptosis of facial neurons after the facial neurotmesis.
