青少年前牙骨性反矫治的临床体会

The Clinical Study of the Adolscene Skeletal Anterior Cross Bite Treatment.

目的 :探寻临床对前牙骨性反牙合的有效治疗方法。方法 :对 18例安格Ⅲ类错牙合畸形采用单纯上颌前方牵引及上颌快速扩大与前方牵引联合治疗。结果 :①两种方法对安格Ⅲ类错牙合畸形均有较好的治疗效果。②相对于单纯上颌前方牵引采用上颌快速扩大与前方牵引联合治疗常能取得更好的治疗效果。结论

Objective:To study the treatment method of the skeletal anterior cross bite.Methods:18 chinese children were divide into two groups and treated by face mask and RME with face mask.The cephalometric analysis was used to evaluate the effects of treatment.Results:The treatment effects of RME with face mask were better than that of face mask.Conclusions:RME with face mask were applied to treat the adolscene skeletal anterior cross bite effectively.
