腭侧螺旋推簧配合口外弓推磨牙向后的临床研究

The Clinical Study of Distalizing upper Molars by Palatal Opening Spring with Extraoral Arch.

目的 :探讨腭侧螺旋推簧配合口外弓矫正器推磨牙向后的临床应用。方法 :选择安氏Ⅱ类错牙合病例 30例 ,采用腭侧螺旋推簧配合口外弓矫正器推磨牙向后 ,通过头影测量和模型分析 ,记录上颌切牙、磨牙向后移动的距离 ,前牙覆盖 ,双尖牙区和磨牙区宽度的变化。结果 :上切牙腭向移位 3.2mm ,磨牙向后移动 4 .2mm ,覆盖减小 2 .9mm ,双尖牙区增宽 1.4mm ,磨牙区增宽 1.6mm。结论 :腭侧螺旋推簧配合口外弓矫正器能有效的远中移动上颌磨牙。

Objective:To evaluate the function of palatal opening spring with extraoral arch on distalizing upper molars.Methods:30 cases with class II division 1 malocclusion were treated.Upper molars were distalized by palatal opening spring with extraoral arch.The cephalometric and model analysis were used to evaluate the effects.Results:The molar was distalized 4.2mm and the upper incisors were moved 3.2mm palatally.Anterior overjet was 2.9mm less than that of pre-treatment.The width between upper premolar and molar increased 1.4mm and 1.6mm, respectively.Conclusions:Palatal opening spring with extraloral appliance can distalize upper molars effectively.
