水分胁迫下离体烟叶中脂氧合酶活性与脱落酸积累的关系 被引量:4

Relationship between LOX Activity and ABA Accumulation in Tobacco Leave under Water Stress

摘要 采用河南农业大学设计的电热式温湿度自控烤烟箱 ,研究了水分胁迫离体烟叶中脂氧合酶 (LOX)活性与脱落酸 (ABA)积累的关系。结果表明 ,水分胁迫下ABA积累的同时 ,LOX活性也上升 ,二者相关性达 5 %的显著水平 ;LOX专一抑制剂去甲二氢菊木酸 (NDGA)在抑制LOX活性的同时也阻断了ABA的积累 ;无细胞体系加入LOX可直接引起ABA的积累。 The relationship between LOX activity and ABA accumulation was studied in the tobacco leave. The results showed that LOX activity and ABA content increased simultaneously while lossing water, the correlation coefficient of LOX activity with ABA accumulation was significant at 5% level; NDGA, an inhibitor of LOX, inhibited simultaneously the activity of LOX and enhancement of ABA level under the stress.Likewise adding LOX to tobacco cell free system led to the increase of ABA content.The results indicated that LOX may be a key enzyme in ABA biosynthesis under water stress.
