Design on Industry Control Software of Microbe Ferment Process DCS

用VC ++6 .0开发出的微生物发酵过程集散控制系统 (DCS)软件由 5大功能模块即 5个线程组成 :主线程、采样线程、控制线程、报警线程和储存线程。主线程负责用户界面的创建和显示 ;采样线程按采样频率从输入模块采集数据 ;控制线程按控制频率对过程实施控制 ;报警线程根据异常情况启动报警服务程序进行多媒体报警 ;储存线程则负责把在线数据和异常时间储存到数据库 ,以便查询和分析。系统软件经现场中试 :发酵罐各参数的检测误差为± 0 .0 1,模糊控制器控制误差为± 0 .1。

The industry control software of microbe ferment process DCS has been studied. The system software with VC++6.0 is made up of five threads, which includes major thread, sampling thread, control thread and storage thread. Major thread establishes and displays the user interface. Sampling thread collects the data from the module of input accordingto sampling frequency. Control thread completes the control of process. Alarms thread runs the alarm service program with multi media by extraordinary. Storage thread saves the datum collected by the computer to the database so as to query and analyze. It is proved that the system can detect the parameter of ferment jar timely on the pot, and the detecting precision can achieve an objective of 0.01. The design of illegibility controller is right and has few overplus and control precision can achieve 0.1.
