摘要
氮钾肥料的施用既显著地提高蔬菜的产量 ,又对产品的品质产生了深刻的影响 ,但这种影响的方向和程度受到蔬菜种类、肥料施用量、品种和施用方法等因素的制约。本文综述了施用氮钾肥料对蔬菜品质参数 ,如Vc、糖分。
The application of N and K fertilizer not only significantly increase the vegetable yield, but also had remarkable impacts on the quality of products. The directions and extents of the impacts were effected by the vegetable species, fertilizer rate, varieties and methods. This paper generally reviewed the advances in the researches of effects of N and K application on the quality parameters of vegetables such as Vc, sugar and amino acid etc., and discussed the priority subject of future researches.
