摘要
12头长大新生仔猪分为3组,其中2组出生后立即隔离并分别人工哺喂葡萄糖盐水(GS组,n=4),牛初乳(BC组,n=4),48h后回圈哺乳;1个组为自然哺乳组(PC组,n=4)。用ELISA测定血清中牛IgG的浓度,牛IgG在BC组向仔猪血液中的转移在24h左右达到峰值,为18±3.5mg/ml,以后逐渐下降,在48h后回圈自然哺乳的情况下,第7d试验仔猪血液中仍有4mg/ml左右牛IgG的残留,PC和GS组未检测出牛IgG免疫反应物。同时观察到PC和BC组的仔猪腹泻率低于GS组。
12 new bron piglets were divided into three groups and separately fed by glucose-saline (GS,n=4),bovine colostrums (BC,n=4) within forty-eight hours after birth, then back to sowfold suckling freely. The last group naturally suckling all the time (PC,n=4). It showed that bIgG to piglet's serum reached a climax at 24h for BC (18±3.5mg/ml) then declined. About 4mg/ml of bIgG in serum of BC piglets were remained on seventh day .The rate of piglets diarrhea in PC and BC were lower than that of piglets in GS.
