摘要
综述了利用分子标记技术构建杨树、松树和桉树等速生树种遗传连锁图的研究进展 ,并提出了当前林木遗传作图中存在的主要问题。
Recently,modern molecular marker technologies like RAPD(Random Amplified Polymorphic DNAs),RFLPs(Restriction Fragment Length Polymorphisms),AFLPs(Amplified Fragment Length Polymorphisms)or SSR(Simple Sequence Repeat)have been extensively used to construct genetic maps in forest tree.The genetic linkage maps of more than twenty tree species have been established,among which there are more saturated genetic maps in poplar,pine or eucalyptus to date.The advances on genetic maps based on molecular were reviewed in Populus,Pinus or Eucalyptus ,and the major problems existed in genetic mapping for forest tree have been proposed.
