摘要
在盘阵中 ,RAID 5利用校验信息来提高数据的可靠性。由于要维护校验信息 ,带来了小写问题 ,影响了系统的整体性能。本文在AFRAID方法的基础上 ,提出了一种基于动态缓存标志表(DCMT)的提高RAID 5性能的方法。该方法在保证RAID 5磁盘数据特征的前提下 ,用较小的代价就可以大大缩短响应时间 ,提高系统整体性能。
RAID 5 uses parity information to increase data reliability. The small write problems appear because the parity information has to be maintained. Thus the system performance is affected. On the basis of AFRAID , we propose a new way called DCMT (Dynamic Cache Mask Table) to improve the RAID 5 performance. It takes only a little cost , but can greatly improve the response time and system performance with the disk data features of RAID 5 ensured.
