介质覆盖的金属中空波导的制作及其传输特性

摘要 采用液相沉积的方法 ,在直径为 5 3 0 μm的玻璃管中制备出了用于CO2 激光传输的Agl覆盖的Ag中空波导。在对波导中Agl和Ag层的厚度进行控制 ,并对波导进行有效的冷却后 ,测出直波导中的损耗为 1.5 6dB/m。 Agl-coated Ag hollow waveguide with 530μm i.d.for CO 2 laser transmission has been fabricated with a liquid-phase deposition technique.By proper control of the Agl and Ag layer's thickness and cooling of the waveguide,the straight losses of the waveguide measured at the CO 2 laser wavelength are as low as 1.56 dB/m.
