摘要
流动型CO2 激光器工作时 ,往往有油密封循环泵油蒸汽散发到混合气中 ,较大地影响到了激光器的输出功率。本文提出了使用非均匀电场清除油污的方案并对该方案进行了理论证明、数值计算和初步的实验验证。
when a flowing-type CO 2 laser operates,the pump oil vapor usually goes into the mixture gas,which is much disadvantageous to out-put power of the laser.A method of cleaning the mixture gas by using non-uniform electrical field is presented in this paper,and the related theoretical verifications,numerical calculations and preliminary experiment are also given.
