摘要
介绍一种在反射体积全息图片的拍摄中采用单片机控制稳定干涉条纹的方法。外界扰动常造成干涉条纹的随机漂移 ,从而使拍摄到的反射体积全息图片质量下降。在组成迈克尔逊光路中 ,利用带有数字PID调节器的反馈控制系统去控制压电陶瓷PZT产生位移 ,补偿干涉条纹的漂移 ,获得了比光学双稳态调节更为稳定的干涉条纹 。
This paper introduces a method to stabilize interference fringe in taking a reflecting hologram under the control of a single chip microcomputer.The external vibration usually makes random movement of interference fringe.It will lower the quality of hologram.In the light road of the Michelson interference,a feedback control system with a digital PID regulator is used to control a piezoelectrical ceramic to produce a displacement,which compensates the fringe movement.Higher fringe stability is obtained by the system than by the bistable optical device.The quality of hologram is improved.
