二种激光治疗鼻little氏区出血的疗效观察

Comparison of two kinds of wave length laser in treating epistaxis of little's area

目的 :比较超脉冲CO2 激光和倍频Nd :YAG(KTP)激光治疗鼻little氏区出血的疗效。方法 :对 10 6例鼻little氏区出血患者分别采用超脉冲CO2 激光和KTP激光二种方法进行止血治疗。结果 :超脉冲CO2 激光和KTP激光治疗有效率分别为 83 .3 %、47.5 %。二种波长激光在活动性鼻出血组中 ,对出血量大的患者治疗有效率分别为 66.6%、0 % ,出血量小的治疗有效率分别为 10 0 %、2 8.5 %。在非活动性鼻出血组中 ,对粘膜糜烂的疗效无明显差别 ,对毛细血管扩张的治疗有效率分别为 40 %、90 %。结论 :超脉冲CO2 激光的总疗效优于KTP激光 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,特别是对活动性鼻出血的疗效。对鼻little氏区毛细血管扩张的疗效 ,KTP激光优于超脉冲CO2 激光 (P <0 .0 5 )。因此 。

Objective:To observe the efficacy of two kinds of wavelength laser in treating epistaxis of littel's area.Methods:106 patients were randomly into two group treated with laser,66 patients were treated with Ultrapuilse 5000c CO 2 laser and 40 patients treated with potasium titanyl phosphate (KTP)laser,and the clinical effect were evaluated.Results:the total effective rate in the treated with CO 2 laser and KTP laser was 83.2% and 52.5% respectively significant difference,P<0.05.However the effective rate of KTP laser and CO 2 laser in the treated patients of epistaxis with capillarioscopy was 90% and 50% respectively significant difference,P<0.05.Conclusion:Ultrapuilse 5000c CO 2 laser is superior to KTP laser.
