摘要
通过对柴油机油发展现状的分析,论证了研制CH 4柴油机油的必要性、紧迫性和可能性。实验室中按照ACC规范,对基础油、复合剂、稠化剂等原材料进行考察,确定了配方。并按照API基础油互换规则的要求,通过了ⅢE台架试验,研制产品满足APICH 415W/40柴油机油规格,并在行车试验中表现出较好的使用性能。
By analyzing the development status of diesel engine oil, the necessity,urgency and possibility to develop CH 4 diesel engine oil are put forward. Raw materials such as base oil, package additive and thickener are reviewed at laboratory following ACC regulation, accordingly getting the formulation. Under the demands of API base oil exchange law,the formulated oil has successfully past the evaluation in ⅢE bench test.The oil meets the specifications of API CH 4 15W/40 diesel engine oil and shows a good performances in field test.
