摘要
碳纤维的缺陷较多,是制约其抗拉强度的主要因素。特别是在生产碳纤维过程中,容易产生表面缺陷;表面缺陷对抗拉强度的影响大于内部缺陷。提高碳纤维抗拉强度的主要技术途径之一,就是要减少缺陷数目、减小缺陷尺寸。
Large numbers of flaw on carbon fiber is the primary factor that restricts tensile strength of carbon fiber. Surface flaw often occurs during manufactruring, and surface flaw has greater effect on tensile strength than interior flaw does. To reduce number and size of flaw is the main approach to improve tensile strength of carbon fiber.
