摘要
采用传热量测量法测定了渣油在不同运行条件下的结垢热阻 ,研究了渣油结垢热阻随时间、流速和温度的变化规律。在分析渣油结垢机理的基础上 ,提出了结垢动力学模型 ,对实验室测定结果进行非线性回归 ,得出计算渣油结垢热阻的半经验公式。该公式用于放大工业炼油装置 。
Fouling resistance of residuum was determined in different conditions by heat transfer determining method. The effect of residuum velocity, temperature and operation time on the value of fouling resistance was studied. On the basis of analyzing fouling mechanism of residuum, a fouling dynamic model was put forward. The correlation formula of experiment results was obtained and it could be used in oil refinery units.
