N-丙基-N-全氟辛基磺酰基甘氨酸盐类表面活性剂的合成方法改进及性能 被引量:2

摘要 以国产全氟辛基磺酰氟为原料 ,与正丙胺在异丙醚中 5 0℃下反应制得到N 丙基全氟辛基磺酰胺 ,再与氯乙酸乙酯在碱性条件下回流缩合得N 丙基 N 全氟辛基磺酰基甘氨酸乙酯 ,水解后得到N 丙基 N 全氟辛基磺酰基甘氨酸 ,总产率 79%。其锂、钠、钾盐的CMC值分别是 6 72mg/L、2 1 66mg/L及 3 0 79mg/L ,在质量浓度为 80mg/L时表面张力均降至 2 0mN/m以下 。 N-Heptadecafluorooctanesulfonyl-N-propylglycine was obtained from perfluorooctanesulfonyl fluoride via three-step reactions of amidation with propylamine in the presence of Et_3N,condensation with ethyl chloroacetate without organic solvent and hydrolysis.The overall yield was about 79%.The surface-active properties of its lithium ,sodium and potassium salts were investigated regarding the surface tension and critical micelle concentration(CMC) in water.CMC of the lithium,sodium and potassium salts are respectively 6.72 mg/L,21.66 mg/L and 30.79 mg/L,and the surface tensions are all below 20 mN/m in 80 mg/L solutions.
