摘要
介绍了一种简便分离 2 甲基 6 硝基苯胺和 2 甲基 4 硝基苯胺的方法。以 2 甲基苯胺为原料 ,经过乙酰化保护、硝化反应、去乙酰化后得到两个化合物的盐酸盐混合物。实验结果表明用水直接游离即可得到 2 甲基 6 硝基苯胺。母液用氨水处理则可得到 2 甲基 4 硝基苯胺。收率分别是 5 9 7%和 3 1 6%。二者的产品质量分数都大于 97 0 %。
Mixture of hydrochloric salts of 2-methyl-6-nitroaniline and 2-methyl-4-nitroaniline was obtained via acetylation,nitration and deacetylation of 2-methylaniline.Experimental results showed that 2-methyl-6-nitroaniline can be conveniently liberated by water from the mixed hydrochloric salts,and 2-methyl-4-nitroaniline can be obtained by treating the filtrate with aqueous ammonia.Yields of the two compounds were 59.7% and 31.6% respectively.Purity of the two products were over 97.0%.
