摘要
7 -羟基全氢化恶唑并恶嗪 (以下简称OX -Z)的合成方法在法国专利中已有报道 ,但对其性质的研究还比较少。本文对它的合成作了简单的介绍 ,对它的理化性质做了一定的研究 ,并通过紫外光谱和毛细管电泳的研究得出结论 :OX -Z在强酸强碱中易于发生转化 ,在空气中长期放置以后可以缓慢地转化成N ,N -二羟乙基甘氨酸 (Bicine)。OX -Z具有鞣性 ,对浸酸绵羊皮单独鞣制可使收缩温度升高到 87℃ ,研究得到的最佳鞣制条件为 :pH1 0 .0 ,OX -Z用量 5 % ,鞣制时间 8h。
A a novel tanning perhydro-(2,3-c)-oxazolo-1,4-oxazines (OX-Z) was reported in this paper along with the synthesis of OX-Z and some properties. Through UV spectrum, it was found that OX-Z tended to transform in acid and alkali. OX-Z can be changed into N,N-bis-(2-hydroxy-ethyl)-glycine (Bicine) through the study of capillarity electrophoresis, when it was exposed in air. OX-Z, when used as tanning agent, could make Ts up to 87 ℃. The optimun conditions should be pH10.0, OX-Z 5%, and the tanning time 8 h.
