摘要
在 CTMAB/n-C_5H_(11)OH/n-C_7H_(16)/H_2O构成的阳离子微乳液存在下,于 pH=10.2 Na_2B_4O_7-Na_2CO_3介质中进行了 PF-CU(Ⅱ)分光光度研究,结果表明,阳离子微乳液对 Cu(Ⅱ)与 PF显色体系有较好的增敏作用,Cu(Ⅱ)与 PF形成1∶2紫红色配合物,λ_(max)=562 nm,表观摩尔吸光系数_(E_(562))=8.82×10~4 L·mol^(-1)·cm^(-1),Cu(Ⅱ)在2~12μg/25mL范围内服从比耳定律,方法用于钢样中微量铜测定结果较好。
Spectrophotometric research has been carried out on the chromogenic reaction of PF - Cu( Ⅱ ) in a cationic - micromulsion medium composed of CTMAB/n - C5H11OH/n - C7H16/H2O buffered at pH10.2 with Na2B4O7 - Na2CO3. The results show that Cu( Ⅱ ) reacts with PF to form a 1:2 fuchsia complex.The absorption maximum lies at 562 nm and the apparent molar absorptivity is found to be at 8.822 × 104L·mol-1 . Beer' s law functions in the range of 2 - 12/μg/25mL. This method has been applied to the determination of Cu( Ⅱ ) in the steel sample and gets comparatively satisfactory results.
