摘要
阐述了风机变频调速节能的原理 ,并简要介绍了聚氯乙烯干燥生产线BL -40 1和BL -40 3风机采用变频调速技术取得的节能效果 ,1年可节约电能 3 3 4766kW·h,节约电费约 1 7.72万元。
The theory of energy conservation by using frequency adjuster to control the speed of blower is discussed.The energy-saving effects achieved in blower BL-401 and BL-403 for the drying of PVC by adopting variable freqency speed-adjusting technique are introduced briefly.So 334 766 kW·h of electric energy,which is equal to nearly 0.177 2 millon RMB$,can be saved per year.
