虚拟数字滤波提高红外气体分析系统精度的应用研究 被引量:3

摘要  探讨影响红外气体分析系统精度的主要因素;提出将虚拟仪器软件平台LabWindows/CVI应用于该系统,介绍CVI的典型滤波函数,在此基础上设计数字滤波器,编写相应程序;用基于PC机的数据采集卡及数字滤波器对本系统检测信号进行处理;简化系统硬件设计,缩短开发周期,与传统处理相比可有效消除各种干扰,改善系统的性能。 Key factors affecting system accuracy of infrared gas analyzers were discussed in this paper.The idea of applying virtual instrument software platformLabWindows/CVI to this system was presented.Typical filter function of CVI was introduced.Based on this,a digital filter was designed and relevant programs were compiled.Measuring signal of the system was processed using the digital filter and data acquisition block based on PC.The design of system hardware is simplified and developing cycle can be shortened.Many kinds of interferences have been effectively eliminated compared with traditional processing and the performance of system has been improved.
