摘要
综述了胺修饰β-环糊精在手性拆分中的应用现状及发展趋势。重点介绍了胺修饰β-环糊精在手性膜拆分和手性液相色谱中的应用,并对其优缺点做了简要评价。
Current application status and development trend of amine - modified 8 - cyclodextrins in chiral resolution were reviewed. Application of amine - modified β - cyclodextrin in HLPC and polymer membrane were described emphatically. Brief comparison of its applications was investigated.
