高能注射法制备MO(N)/γ-Al_2O_3催化剂用于苯胺气相缩合生成二苯胺的研究

摘要 采用三束技术即高能注射方法对γ-Al_2O_3注Mo或注Mo注N制得Mo/γ-Al_2O_3和Mo-N/γ-Al_2O_3催化剂,研究了催化剂在苯胺气相缩合生产二苯胺过程中的催化性能。与γ-Al_2O_3以及浸渍法制得的Mo/γ-Al_2O_3催化剂的催化性能进行了对比,发现注射法制得的Mo/γ-Al_2O_3、Mo-N/γ-Al_2O_3催化剂催化性能明显提高。 The catalysts of Mo/ γ - Al2O3 and Mo - N/ γ - Al2O3 were prepared through injecting Mo or Mo and N into γ - Al2O3 adopting the three beam technology, namely the high energy injection method, The catalytic activity of these catalysts was studied for the vapor - phase condensation of aniline to diphenylamine. Through the comparison of the catalytic activity of γ - Al2O3 and Mo/γ - Al2O3 made by the soak method, it was found that the catalytic activity of Mo/γ - Al2O3 and Mo - N/γ - Al2O3 manufactured by the injection method was obviously increased.
