新医科背景下基于思维训练的分子生物学实验课程探索与实践

摘要 高校培养学生的科学创新思维是实验教学的重要环节。分子生物学实验技术是生物类、医学类等专业的核心课程。为满足国家对新医科创新型人才培养的需求,文章以医学实验技术专业的基础实验课程分子生物学实验技术为例,探索基于本科生科学创新思维培养为目标的线上线下虚实结合混合式教学模式,将思政元素融入教学目标、教学过程、教学方法、教学内容、实践课堂,建立多过程、多次数、多能力的多元化评价体系,实现学生知识水平、实验技能、职业素养和思想境界的同步提升。 The development of scientific and innovative thinking is an important part of experimental teaching in colleges and universities,and molecular biology experimental technology is a core course for the specialties of biology and medical science.In order to meet the needs for innovative talents of“New Medicine”,the authors explored an online and of fline blended teaching mode in“Molecular biology experimental technology”,a basic experimental course for students of medical experimental technology.This teaching mode combines virtuality with reality and aims to develop scientific innovation thinking in the undergraduate students.The authors incorporated ideological and political elements into teaching goals,teaching process,teaching methods,teaching content,and practical classroom;they also established a diversified evaluation system of“multi-process,multiple times,and multi-capability”,so that the students can improve their knowledge level,experimental skills,prof essional literacy,and morality simultaneously.
