Zhang lingli's experience in the treatment of metrorrhagia and metrostaxis

崩漏是妇科常见病、疑难病之一,病机复杂,病情多变。若月经周期紊乱,经血淋漓不尽,可引起患者贫血、不孕症等;若出血如注、暴崩不止,可致失血性休克而危及生命。张伶俐教授临证30余载,在治疗崩漏上具有丰富的经验和独特的见解。张教授认为崩漏多是由劳倦思虑、饮食不节损伤脾脏所致,治疗方面以出血期“补气摄血”,非出血期“健脾补肾疏肝”为法,达到改善脏腑功能、恢复阴阳平衡的目的,从而促进排卵、调整月经周期。张教授临床常用经典名方,随症加减灵活,善用健脾补肾止血之药物,以补为中心,根据不同的病因及所涉及到的其他脏腑,侧重不同的治法,取得了较好的疗效。

Metrorrhagia and metrostaxis is one of the common and difficult diseases in gynecology.The pathogenesis is complex and the condition is changeable.If the menstrual cycle is disordered and the menstrual blood is dripping,it can cause anemia,infertility and so on.If the bleeding,such as injection,collapse,can cause hemorrhagic shock and life-threatening.Professor Zhang lingli has rich experience and unique insights in the treatment of metrorrhagia and metrostaxis for more than 30 years.Professor Zhang believes that metrorrhagia and metrostaxis are mostly caused by overworked thinking and improper diet to damage the spleen.In the treatment,the method of"tonifying Qi and blood"in the bleeding period and"strengthening spleen,tonifying kidney and soothing liver"in the non-bleeding period is used to improve the function of viscera and restore the balance of Yin and Yang,so as to promote ovulation and adjust the menstrual cycle.Professor Zhang commonly used classical prescriptions in clinical practice,with flexible addition and subtraction of symptoms,good use of drugs for invigorating the spleen and kidney to stop bleeding,with tonic as the center,according to different etiology and other organs involved,focusing on different treatment methods,have achieved good results.
