低成本银包铜浆料在HJT太阳电池中的应用研究

摘要 较高的生产成本制约着异质结(HJT)太阳电池的发展,其中金属化成本的占比较高,目前行业内主要通过银包铜浆料、无主栅技术、电镀铜技术、激光转印技术等方案来实现HJT太阳电池的降本。通过采用银含量50%的银包铜浆料制备HJT太阳电池,并串焊成光伏组件,对银包铜栅线的结构及拉力性能、太阳电池电性能及光伏组件可靠性进行了研究。研究结果表明:采用银包铜浆料制备的HJT太阳电池和光伏组件均具有良好的性能,太阳电池的光电转换效率达到24.37%,光伏组件封装损失(CTM)达到97.3%,且可靠性测试均合格。此外,与低温银浆相比,银包铜浆料可以节省银浆成本,若叠加无主栅技术可使银浆成本降低50%左右。 The high production cost restricts the development of HJT solar cells,with a relatively high proportion of metallization costs.Currently,the industry mainly achieves cost reduction of HJT solar cells through solutions such as silver coated copper slurry,non main grid technology,copper electroplating technology,and laser transfer technology.This paper describes the preparation of HJT solar cells using silver coated copper slurry with a silver content of 50%,and preparation into PV modules.The structure and tensile properties of the silver coated copper grid lines,the electrical performance of solar cells,and the reliability of PV modules are studied.The research results show that HJT solar cells and PV modules prepared using silver coated copper slurry have good performance,with a photoelectric conversion efficiency of 24.37%and a PV module CTM of 97.3%.The reliability tests are all qualified.In addition,compared with low-temperature silver paste,silver coated copper slurry can save the cost of silver paste,and if combined with non main grid technology,the cost of silver paste can be reduced by about 50%.
