摘要
文章以奉化柏坑水库扩容工程为依托,为了确保隧洞爆破开挖进度,考虑Ⅲ级及以上围岩的特点,采用倒台阶爆破开挖法,即先爆破下部台阶,再爆破上部台阶,合理优化爆破设计参数及进行精细施工。爆破效果表明,该方法可降低炸药单耗,节约施工成本,提高施工过程的安全性、高效性。
Based on the expansion engineering of Baikeng Reservoir in Fenghua,in order to ensure the progress of tunnel blasting excavation,considering the characteristics of surrounding rock of grade Ⅲ and above,the inverted bench blasting excavation method is adopted,that is,the lower bench is first blasted,then the upper bench is blasted,and the blasting design parameters are reasonably optimized and fine construction is carried out.The blasting effect shows that this method can reduce the unit consumption of explosives,save construction costs,and enhance the safety and efficiency of the construction process.
