大功率伪火花放电开关触发电路的设计 被引量:6

摘要 伪火花放电开关的触发技术是伪火花开关研究中的一项重要内容。因为触发方案的选择不仅关系到开关放电室的设计,而且对开关的工作电压范围,工作频率和使用寿命有很大影响。伪火花开关及其触发设计的最主要特征在于它的空心阴极结构,空心阴极的存在既是伪火花间隙放电的先决条件,又为开关的触发单元提供必要的空间和可靠的保护屏障,使得触发部件不受主放电等离子体电流的冲击和烧蚀。笔者提出了伪火花开关触发设计的技术要求,总结了现有伪火花放电开关的触发方法,并对它们的触发效果进行了比较,重点介绍了脉冲辉光放电(脉冲空心阴极)触发和表面放电触发及其发展。 Precise triggering technology is one of the most important issues wi th high power pseudospark switch, for it has impact not only on the design of disc harge chamber of switch, but also on dynamic range of operation voltage, repeati tion frequency and lifetime of switch. The unique feature of pseudospark switch is of its hollow cathode geometry that produces hollow cathode effect, provides the protection for the triggering unit from erosion by high discharge plasma. T his paper deals with the design criteria of triggering of pseudospark switch, th en gives a review on the triggering methods with it.
