The direct election of the trade unions chairmen of the basic levels is determined by the quality of the trade unions and it is also the requirements of the age to reform and develop in a smooth way. To do this job well, the following problems should be solved well: to give the power of election to the staff workers and masses really and truly, to properly solve the problem of being disturbed by such unhealthy factors like irregular groups; to increase the degree of openness of the direct election and to solve the problem of the treatments of the directly-elected chairmen of the trade unions and so on.
